Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus payment gateway and booking platform fees (PayPal / Stripe / Rezdy). Alternatively, guests may choose to receive full credit to reschedule within 6 months at no additional charge.
Cancellation 8–14 days before arrival: 50% refund after deducting payment gateway and booking platform fees, or the option to reschedule once within 6 months.
Cancellation within 7 days or No-show: 100% charge (no refund), as arrangements for elephants, food, and staff will have already been made. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after official cancellation confirmation.
